Mr. Cesar Ramírez Fulcar, PE is a Project Manager for San Diego Project Management.

 

     Mr. Ramírez has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Santo Domingo Institute of Technology, the Dominican Republic and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the  University of Puerto Rico Mayagüez, Puerto Rico.

 

     Mr. Ramirez has 14 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Project Management and Construction Management on Federal assignments and projects.  Mr. Ramirez has worked as Site Quality Control Manager and Quality Assurance Engineer for projects with the U.S Army Corp of Engineers and the Department of Veteran Affairs in Puerto Rico.  All the project completed by Mr. Ramirez have outstanding evaluations from the Contracting Officer.  He was responsible for earning the first LEED Gold project in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.    

 

     Mr. Ramírez is current with his OSHA 30 Hours Certification, Construction Quality Management Certification (USACE) certification, and LEED Green Associate rating.  He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Puerto Rico.

 

     Mr. Ramirez was recognized as the Construction Safety Officers for the Year and the Jacinto Galib Award by the Associated General Contractors of America AGC, PR Chapter.
