Mr. Clemen Varas…

…earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer in 2016 at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, San Juan.

From 2016 to January 2017, he worked as supervisor to BD Solutions at San Juan, PR supervising labors in bathroom terminations of Industrial Hospital of Centro Medico’s rebuilding and expansion.

From January to July 2017, he worked as a volunteer Assistant Engineer for the FMS Project & Planning Section at San Juan of the new VA Veteran Center facility relocation. Working in projects like: VA Upgrade Perimeter Fence, the Parking Garage Renovation, the VA Construct New Canopy for Drop-off and the Pedestrian Walkway at Main Entrance project.

In November 2017, he was contracted by San Diego Project Management, PSC, with whom he has worked as Project Contract Management for Several projects at the Department of Veteran Affairs, San Juan, PR. Projects total amount $12 MM. 

Also, as Quality Control Manager and Project Engineer for several projects at the Department of Veteran Affairs, San Juan, PR.
