Melvin rivera

Mr. Melvin Rivera is a civil engineer who graduated with honors from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, San Juan, PR, in August 2011. His area of study has given him experience in material sciences, project management, planning, and inspection.

As a Surveyor Senior Engineer, he has collaborated with Lagan Construction US on projects in NASA Wallops Island, Ronald Reagan National Airport, DC, and Joint Base Andrews - Andrews AFB, MD.

As Superintendent of Construction, he worked with Torres and Colon for the housing disaster relief of Hurricanes Maria and Irma in St. Thomas and St. Johns, VI.

With Ferrovial Agroman L.L.C. PR in Ponce, PR, he began as Production Manager/Superintendent. He became a Project Manager responsible for the direction and result of work and coordinating all operational and administrative activities under three Puerto Rico Government and Federal Highway projects.

Before entering our team, Mr. Rivera worked with CF Breeze Recovery L.L.C. / Luxury Division - Dorado, PR, on estimating and constructing luxury houses with footprints exceeding 10,000 sq ft.

Now, as part of our team, he occupies the position of Quality Control Engineer on the project Dorado Bridge Channel Widening and Scour Protection at Dorado, Puerto Rico.
