This is a Multiple Award Task Order Contract for providing A/E services to VA VISN 8 (Puerto Rico), which includes the following services (among others): master planning; schematic design, construction documents, risk analysis, field surveying; site and facility investigation; preparation of conceptual and technical studies; concept and feasibility studies; engineering studies, cost and schedule estimates, and A/E documents and reports associated with structural, civil, landscaping, mechanical, electrical, historical, and environmental subsurface soil investigations.
